Terms and Conditions - Studio Feder

These terms and conditions are valid from September 13, 2022.

Make a purchase
When you make a purchase at studiofeder.dk, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. You will then receive an email and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Payment
At Studio Feder you can pay with Mobilepay, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron. The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.


Personal data
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number and email address.


We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. 


The personal data is registered with Studio Feder Group ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. 

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information. 

The data controller at www.studiofeder.dk is Studio Feder Group ApS. 

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: info@studiofeder.dk. 

Studio Feder processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
When a purchase is made, our privacy policy is also accepted.

Credit card data
When you shop at Studio Feder, your credit card details will be processed by Nets or Shopify Payments, which are secure electronic payment systems. All credit card details will be processed in accordance with the applicable rules for the credit card organization regulations.

Delivery in Denmark
We try to ship your order the same day it is ordered if the order is placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays.
We use GLS and Bring as shipping companies, and we deliver to parcel shops, home deliveries and businesses.
Your shipping options will be displayed before payment at the checkout. These options depend on your delivery address.

We ship free of charge in Denmark if your order is over 1,500 DKK. Otherwise the price is 39 - 99 DKK.

Shipping in the rest of the world
Your options depend on the desired delivery address.
Your options will be explained when you check out - before payment.

In some cases, we also ship free of charge to large parts of the world.
Details for this can be found on our “Shipping and Delivery” page - and the exact prices are provided at check out.

VAT
If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT will be charged according to Danish customs and tax regulations. If you order to a country outside the EU, you will not be charged Danish VAT. However, you may be charged customs and VAT by local authorities.

Misdelivery
Should you have received an incorrect delivery that does not correspond to your order, please send an email to info@studiofeder.dk as soon as possible.
If your delivery should be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for compensation immediately.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day right of withdrawal, calculated from the day the goods are received.

If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

You have the option to return all or part of your order to us within 30 days of receipt. You return your items by using our returns portal:

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.

Please note: we do not accept packages with DAO.

The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive the return order.


We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month warranty. Please contact us before sending the item.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Access to complaints

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@studiofeder.dk.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
